SubNuke provides software tools designed to scan authorized email accounts and financial feeds for subscription receipts, organize recurring billing schedules, and surface potential duplicate or unused licenses.

• We provide analytical insights to assist your software procurement and cancellation decisions.
• You remain solely responsible for executing final subscription cancellations with your respective third-party vendors.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

SubNuke offers free and paid subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Allows manual tracking of up to 10 subscriptions and access to basic dashboard analytics at no cost.
• Pro & Business Tiers: Billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You authorize our Merchant of Record (LemonSqueezy / Stripe) to charge your payment method upon billing cycle renewal.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your SubNuke subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Limitation of Liability

SubNuke is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

In no event shall SubNuke or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or financial losses resulting from third-party billing changes, missed renewal dates, or vendor cancellation policies.

4. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify users via email or through an prominent banner within the application dashboard. Continued use of SubNuke after changes constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
