We built SubNuke to save you money, not to monetize your personal information. Our business model is straightforward: we charge a transparent subscription fee for our software. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties. Ever.
1. Information We Collect
We practice strict data minimization. We only request and retain the absolute minimum information required to operate our service:
- Account Information: When you sign up via OAuth (Google, etc.), we receive your basic profile name and email address to establish your workspace identity.
- Receipt Metadata: When you authorize email scanning, our automated engine scans for receipts and subscription invoices. We extract only the vendor name, billing frequency, and transaction amount.
2. Ephemeral In-Memory Processing
Our AI parsing engine operates in ephemeral memory. When an email receipt is processed, our system extracts the subscription data and immediately discards the raw email body and headers. We do not store your personal correspondence, email threads, or attachments.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We work with industry-recognized cloud providers to deliver secure infrastructure:
- Supabase: Provides secure database storage and Row Level Security (RLS) enforcement.
- LemonSqueezy & Stripe: Handles payment processing and billing. We do not store or process payment card numbers on our servers.
- Vercel: Hosts our web application and delivers global edge routing.
4. Your Control and Data Deletion
You retain complete ownership over your data. You can revoke our read-only email access at any time directly through your email provider's security settings or within your SubNuke workspace.
If you choose to delete your account, we initiate an immediate purge of your workspace, subscription records, and authentication tokens from our active databases.
